How Confidentiality Works

Real names and phone numbers are never displayed to other users. Every customer chooses a unique screen name for communication purposes. Other users interact with the screen name and profile experience, not with private identifiers.

User information is treated as highly confidential. Assets available inside the portal are protected through private infrastructure, controlled delivery and in-app restrictions designed to reduce downloading and screenshots. Because device-level restrictions can vary, Discreet Junction combines interface controls, policy enforcement and server-side protections to discourage misuse.

Identity is not disclosed except where required by applicable law, a valid legal process or a serious violation involving safety, fraud, underage access, impersonation, coercion, harassment or other unlawful conduct. In such cases, Discreet Junction may cooperate with appropriate authorities as a genuine platform.

• Minimum data principle: We collect only the information required to create, secure and operate the account, including name, date of birth, contact details and account preferences.
• Verification evidence: Government ID, facial recognition and video approval artifacts are used only for verification and are deleted after successful authentication, unless retention is legally required.
• Screen-name communication: Public interaction on the portal happens through chosen screen names. Real names and phone numbers are not publicly displayed.
• Encrypted user assets: Photos, messages and videos are designed to be encrypted and stored on private secured servers. Access is restricted by account permissions and security policies.
• No casual disclosure: We do not sell user identity data and do not disclose identity to other users.
• Legal compliance: Where lawful requests or serious violations arise, we may cooperate with relevant authorities.
